Pets: $150 pet fee for first pet ($150 for second pet) (non-refundable)
$50 additional rent per month for first pet and $50 for second pet.
Per our insurance, these breeds are not permitted Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, American Bulldogs, American Staffordshire Terriers, Canary dogs, Chows, Pitbull varieties, Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Mastiff varieties, St. Frances Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Tosa Inus, Wolf hybrids, any mixes including these breeds
Houses do not come with range or refrigerators.
NO SMOKING on the properties.
Before sending in the application and the application fee, we ask that you schedule an appointment to see a property. Until you see a property in person with us, we will not process the application.
The application may be printed and returned or mailed to our office, or filled out online.
The application fee may be payed at our office by cash, check or money order, or on our website with a credit or debit card through PayPal.
